Shipping & Returns



Due to the  nature of our products, we cannot assure the purity of our products once they have been shipped.  For hygiene reasons,  we cannot accept returns on our products.  If you need additional information about a product, please contact us prior to ordering.  If  your order is damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the box and damaged products. Email them to and we will notify you with following instructions.   You must contact us with in 3 days of receipt of goods. 



Most in stock items will ship within 3-4  business days. Please allow another 2-3 days for holidays and other special events such as Mother's Day & Father's Day.   Custom made products will take longer. Contact us before ordering if you need an order rushed.  We will do our best to accommodate you when possible.
